Key Responsibilities:
? Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops.
? Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
? Perform system formatting, data backup, and antivirus installation.
? Handle network connectivity, printer setup, and peripheral troubleshooting.
? Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees or clients.
? Maintain IT asset records and service logs.
? Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims. ? Ensure timely system updates, security patches, and performance checks.
? Support user account setup, password resets, and basic network administration.
