Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dell Laptop Service Technician to join our Palarivattom branch. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Dell laptops, including handling out-of-warranty service requests. The role requires strong technical expertise, quick problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to deliver reliable and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Dell laptops (hardware and software issues). Handle both warranty and out-of-warranty service cases. Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and system configuration as per Dell standards. Provide technical support directly to customers through in-person, phone, and email communication. Document service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure laptops meet performance standards. Coordinate with Dell for warranty-related cases and parts procurement. Manage spare parts inventory required for laptop service operations. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. Stay updated with Dell service processes, tools, and latest laptop technologies.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

Laptop Servicing
