Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Laptop Service Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Laptop Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication with customers, providing technical support, and maintenance & repair of laptops.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills

Field Service and Technical Support skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience in laptop servicing and repair

Ability to work effectively in a team

Technical certification in relevant areas is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
