Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, battery, charging ports, etc.).
Perform chip-level and component-level repairs (if required).
Handle BIOS updates, formatting, partitioning, and driver installations.
Resolve issues related to networking (Wi-Fi, LAN), printers, and peripheral devices.
Provide preventive maintenance and servicing of laptops and desktops.
Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and warranty claims.
