We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused
Laptop Sales Executive
to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in choosing laptops based on their needs, explain specifications, demonstrate features, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their laptop usage needs (gaming, office work, study, business, etc.)
Explain laptop specifications such as processor, RAM, storage, graphics, battery life, and features.
Recommend suitable laptop models and accessories based on customer preferences and budget.
Demonstrate product features and available brand offers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, payments, and proper documentation.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Stay updated on new laptop models, brands, technologies, and market trends.
Maintain clean and appealing product displays and manage stock levels.
Promote and sell add-ons like laptop bags, antivirus, software, and extended warranties.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum education:
12th pass or above

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of laptop brands, basic hardware specs, and technology trends (preferred).
Ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
Customer-friendly attitude and strong selling skills.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and computers.
Experience in electronics retail or laptop sales is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
