Job Description

We are looking for Laptop Sales Person to join our dynamic team at Moment Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for all Laptop Sales related task.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting the right laptop according to their needs and budget. Explain features, specifications, and benefits of various laptop brands and models. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, offers, and pricing. Demonstrate product usage and highlight key differentiators between models. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle billing, inventory checks, and ensure product display and cleanliness. Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively. Upsell and cross-sell accessories like laptop bags, antivirus, mouse, printers, etc. Coordinate with the back office and stock department for timely product availability. Maintain proper records of sales, stock, and customer data.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good product knowledge (laptop brands, specifications, software). Basic computer and billing knowledge. Sales and negotiation skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
