Key Responsibilities

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

Identifying and solving hardware and software problems on various laptops.

Repairs and Replacements:

Performing physical repairs, such as replacing screens, motherboards, keyboards, and other components.

Component Installation:

Installing new or refurbished hardware components and ensuring they are compatible.

Software Support:

Installing operating systems, drivers, and necessary software applications, as well as troubleshooting software issues.

Customer Service:

Providing clear technical support and guidance to users, explaining complex information in an accessible way.

Maintenance and Documentation:

Performing routine maintenance and keeping detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Testing and Quality Control:

Conducting tests on repaired laptops to ensure they are functioning correctly before they are returned to users.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
