Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware Maintenance, or a related certification
Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in laptop/computer repair. (Freshers with strong technical skills from a recognized training institute may apply).
Knowledge of BIOS flashing and firmware updates.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
