Diagnostics & Repair:

Troubleshoot and fix hardware (screens, batteries, motherboards, keyboards) and software (OS, viruses, performance) problems.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

Perform regular maintenance, install updates, upgrade components (RAM, SSD), and reinstall operating systems.

Customer Support:

Assist users, explain technical issues, provide guidance, and train on new systems.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and inventory.

Testing:

Test repaired laptops to ensure full functionality and performance.

Stay Current:

Keep up-to-date with the latest laptop technologies and repair methods.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma or Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are often a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience in laptop repair and technical support.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, hardware components, diagnostics, and security software.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, communication, customer service, and time management.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
