Job Description

We are opening a premium Apple IRP Standard Repair and Service Centre in Raipur. We require 2 senior technicians with strong and mandatory experience in Apple devices' repairs.

Number of Positions- 2

Required Technical Skills (Mandatory):

1. 3-8 years hands-on experience in mobile & laptop repair (all brands)

2. Mandatory Apple device repair expertise: iPhone (all series), MacBook Air/Pro, iPad

3. Apple logic board / motherboard diagnostics

4. Windows laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer)

5. Advanced repair capability: Soldering, micro-soldering, SMD rework, BGA rework (preferred)

6. Liquid damage repair

7. Charging IC/PMIC troubleshooting

8. BIOS flashing

9. Skilled with tools: Multimeter, DC power supply, Microscope, UV display machine etc.

Mandatory Requirement:

1. Must have prior Apple repair experience

2. Must be able to qualify the Apple IRP Technician Certification Exam

3. Willing to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Relocation assistance will be provided for suitable candidates)

1. Must be able to read, write, and speak English

2. Ability to diagnose issues accurately

3. Professional behaviour and customer communication skills

4. Ability to work with SOPs and maintain repair station discipline
