Role Impact
As a Laptop Technician at Image Mobiles and Computers, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of technical service. Your expertise in diagnosing and repairing laptops helps reduce downtime for customers, enhance product performance, and strengthen customer loyalty. This role is instrumental in delivering the seamless after-sales support that is central to our business strategy and customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops from multiple brands.
Replace components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and storage devices.
Install and configure operating systems and essential software.
Perform data backups, recovery, and system optimization.
Provide accurate repair estimates and maintain clear service records.
Interact professionally with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions.
Stay updated on the latest laptop technologies and repair techniques.
Required Skills
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of laptop hardware, software, and diagnostic tools.
Problem Solving:
Ability to identify faults quickly and offer effective solutions.

High level of accuracy in repair work and documentation.

Qualifications
Minimum education:
Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
Additional training or certification in computer hardware servicing is a plus.
Past Experience
1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in laptop repair or a similar technical support role.
Previous experience in a retail electronics service center or customer-facing environment is preferred.
