Laparoscopic General Surgeon

for its Mumbai units. The role offers excellent exposure to continuous surgical flow and structured OT support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

Laparoscopic General Surgeries

including Gallbladder, Appendix, Hernia, and GI-related laparoscopic procedures. Handle a

consistent, high surgical workload

driven by government health schemes and routine operative cases. Conduct

pre-operative evaluation

, consent, surgical planning, and coordination with the anaesthesia & OT team. Oversee

post-operative care

, monitor recovery, and ensure smooth patient discharge based on hospital protocols. Participate in IPD/OPD rounds, maintain accurate surgical documentation, and support continuity of care. Adhere to

clinical guidelines

, infection control norms, safety protocols, and scheme-based documentation standards. Contribute to quality improvement and patient outcome enhancement across the surgery department.
