We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Partner Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property (PRM-LAP)
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in LAP and strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners such as real estate agents and financial consultants. The role involves driving LAP business, verifying documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition & Management
: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including brokers and financial advisors to generate LAP leads.
Sales Growth
: Promote Loan Against Property products to partners and support them in achieving monthly sales targets.
Documentation Handling
: Collect, verify, and ensure accurate and complete documentation from clients for smooth loan processing.
Partner Training & Support
: Provide ongoing guidance, basic product training, and assistance to partners to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Market Analysis
: Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and suggestions for improving partner engagement and business outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience
: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Language
: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; other regional languages are a plus.
Skills
: Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email), good communication and relationship-building skills.
