About the Role:

We are looking for a

Language Translator

with strong proficiency in

Italian and English

to support our

Project Manager and IT team

in translating technical documents, client communications, and project materials. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between Italian-speaking clients and the internal project team, ensuring technical accuracy and cultural clarity.Ideal Candidate should have technical Knowledge related to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate

technical documents, project plans, reports, and client communications

between Italian and English. Work closely with the

Project Manager

to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and updates are accurately communicated to Italian-speaking clients. Participate in

project meetings

(internal and client-facing) to provide real-time translation or summaries as needed. Ensure consistency and accuracy in terminology across all project documents. Support the

preparation of proposals, presentations, and status reports

in both languages. Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical context before translation. Maintain and update a

terminology glossary

specific to Coducer's IT projects. Review and proofread translated materials for clarity and correctness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Italian (B2 level or higher)

and

English (fluent)

- verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in

Translation, Linguistics, or Information Technology

(or related field). Strong understanding of

technical and IT terminology

. Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Familiarity with

translation tools (e.g., Trados, Smartcat, MemoQ)

is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with

IT project managers or international clients

. Knowledge of

project coordination, software documentation, or localization processes

. Understanding of

Agile or Waterfall project workflows

.
