Job Title: English Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

English Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students or professionals, helping them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The trainer should be adaptable, culturally sensitive, and capable of tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging English language lessons (spoken and/or written). Assess learners' current language proficiency levels and develop individualized learning plans. Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials (including multimedia, real-life scenarios, role-play, etc.). Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress. Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into training. Provide a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in English language training or teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to teach individuals or groups, both in-person and/or online.

Skills:

Strong command of English grammar and usage. Confidence in public speaking and classroom management. Patience and adaptability in diverse learning environments. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). Cross-cultural communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
