About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Delivering engaging and interactive German language lessons for levels A1, A2, B1 (and higher) to students across various backgrounds
2. Customizing lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning goals
3. Preparing students for international language certification exams (Goethe, TestDaF, etc.)
4. Providing constructive feedback and mentorship to help students improve their language skills
5. Conducting assessments, tracking student progress, and ensuring consistent improvement
6. Staying up-to-date with new teaching methods and tools to provide the best learning experience

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level (Certification required)
2. Prior teaching experience, especially in preparing students for language exams
3. Strong communication skills in both German and English
4. Ability to create a positive and engaging virtual learning environment
5. Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching
