Roles And Responsibilities
1. Lesson Planning & Content Delivery
Conduct live interactive online classes for school students (Grades 1 to 12).
Create and deliver lesson plans aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State boards.
Focus on improving speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
Use child-friendly language, visual aids, songs, and storytelling to simplify concepts.
Create engaging classroom activities, interactive worksheets, and digital teaching aids.
Adapt content to suit different learning styles and student abilities.
2. Classroom & Student Engagement
Conduct live online sessions or record engaging classes, depending on the program format.
Manage a virtual classroom with discipline, empathy, and encouragement.
Build rapport with young learners to promote confidence and participation.
Encourage speaking, reading, and basic writing in the target language through games and role-play.
3. Assessment & Progress Monitoring
Conduct oral and written assessments aligned with the curriculum.
Monitor student performance and maintain records of progress.
Provide individual feedback and support based on performance and participation.
4. Collaboration & Curriculum Development
Work with curriculum developers to ensure lessons align with academic goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions for curriculum enhancement based on classroom experience.
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
5. Parental Coordination
Provide brief reports or updates to parents/guardians as needed.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings or feedback sessions, where required.

Mandatory Skills
Sanskrit Language Tutor:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sanskrit or related field.
Strong command over grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Prior teaching experience preferred.
Knowledge of traditional and modern teaching methods.
French Language Tutor:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in French or DELF/DALF certification (preferred).
Fluency in speaking and writing French.
Prior experience in teaching French to school or college students.
Familiarity with international French curriculum is a plus.
Common Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English & the respective language.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital teaching platforms.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
Ability to adapt to student learning styles and pace.
