Language Production Manager

Position Summary

The Production Language Management role merges quality ownership and process management into a single strategic function. As a PLM, you will manage language quality, assets, and workflows for assigned accounts, ensuring operational excellence and innovation in production delivery.

What You Will Do

Own quality and production processes for assigned accounts. Serve as the main customer contact for production-related services. Create, maintain, and improve account language assets and tools. Monitor account performance metrics and implement corrective actions. Support deployment of MT and GenAI workflows. Collaborate with GDC and CoE teams to ensure delivery excellence.

To Be Successful You Will Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in Languages, Translation, or related domain. 3-5 years of experience in localization, production, or quality management. Demonstrated success working on several accounts or programs Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage processes and ensure workflow efficiency. Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
