Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day lane operations (1 Incharge for every 2 lanes per shift).
Monitor vehicle inspection, repair, and maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and workers.
Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and reports.
Coordinate with management for smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, vehicles, or operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Motor Mechanics / Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in automobile repair and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and repair techniques.
Ability to lead a team and manage operations effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
