Supervise daily landscaping activities at site (plantation, lawn work, irrigation, hardscape).
Manage and guide site workers, gardeners, and contractors to ensure timely work completion.
Ensure work quality as per landscape drawings, standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with HR, procurement, and vendors for manpower, materials, tools, and plants.
Monitor site attendance, productivity, and discipline of workers.
Ensure proper use and safety of tools, equipment, and materials at site.
Handle client/site engineer coordination and resolve on-site issues professionally.
Prepare daily work reports and share updates with management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance at the site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in landscaping, gardening, or civil/site supervision preferred.
Knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and basic landscaping techniques.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting is an advantage.
Education & Experience:
Minimum
12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
(any stream).
1-3 years of experience
in landscaping, construction site supervision, or related field.
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler compulsory.
Willingness to work on field sites.
Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude.
