Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily landscape activities at site (softscape & hardscape). Manage labour teams, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity. Ensure work execution as per design, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with Project Manager / Coordinator for material requirements. Verify plant list, quantities, and ensure no material is loaded or used without approval and updated quotation. Maintain site discipline, safety and cleanliness. Monitor plant health, irrigation schedules, and maintenance quality. Track daily site progress and share

Daily Work Report (DWR)

in WhatsApp group. Coordinate site measurements and support in billing documentation. Follow up with vendors and logistic teams for timely delivery. Handle on-site problem-solving and client queries (if required).

Pay: ?13,407.74 - ?20,213.34 per month
