Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Landscape Horticulturist

to manage the planning, planting, and maintenance of aesthetically pleasing and sustainable landscaped environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plant care, soil science, and landscape design, contributing to the health and beauty of outdoor spaces across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement horticultural elements in landscaped environments (gardens, parks, lawns, estates). Select suitable plants, trees, and shrubs based on local climate, soil type, and landscape aesthetics. Supervise the installation of softscape features in landscape projects. Maintain landscape areas through regular pruning, planting, fertilizing, mulching, and irrigation. Diagnose plant health issues and apply integrated pest and disease management solutions. Collaborate with landscape architects and civil teams during project execution. Recommend seasonal planting schemes and sustainable landscaping practices. Manage or support a team of gardeners or groundskeepers and ensure high horticultural standards. Maintain equipment, tools, and irrigation systems efficiently. Keep accurate records of horticultural treatments, soil amendments, and landscape changes.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
