Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of landscape projects.
Develop site plans, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and hardscape elements.
Conduct site assessments and environmental impact analyses.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, horticulturists, and clients to meet project requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and safety guidelines.
Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality control and timely project completion.
Select appropriate plants, materials, and technologies to meet client and environmental needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Design, or related field.
Minimum
5 years
of proven experience in landscape design and implementation.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with LEED or green building certification processes.
Familiarity with GIS and 3D rendering software.
