Role Overview

We are seeking a talented

Landscape BIM Modeler / Architect

with at least

2 years of experience

in landscape design and BIM workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

Autodesk Revit

and the ability to create accurate

3D BIM models, terrain coordination, and detailed landscape documentation

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

3D BIM models

for landscape and site works using Autodesk Revit. Coordinate

terrain, grading, softscape, hardscape, and outdoor furniture layouts

with architectural and structural teams. Prepare

construction drawings, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and presentation models

. Support

clash detection, coordination, and integration

with MEP, civil, and architectural BIM teams. Ensure compliance with

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and project standards. Assist in

BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project documentation

. Collaborate with senior architects, landscape designers, and project managers for design development. Maintain BIM libraries for landscape elements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in

Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field

.

2 years of proven experience

as a BIM Modeler/Architect in landscape projects. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

(mandatory). Knowledge of

AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion/Enscape/SketchUp

is an advantage. Strong understanding of

landscape design, grading, planting, and outdoor coordination

. Familiarity with

BIM standards, LOD levels, and project workflows

. Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
