Landscape Architect

Location:

Noida

Reports to:

Head - Design & Product

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institute

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in landscape architecture for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, with proven experience in design coordination and site execution


The ideal candidate will bring strong creative and technical expertise in landscape design, from concept to execution. The role demands close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that design intent aligns with project vision, timelines, and quality standards. A deep understanding of horticulture, hardscape, and sustainable landscape practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end landscape design development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects Drive concept design, schematic planning, detailed drawings, and site execution in coordination with consultants and internal teams Review and refine landscape drawings, including hardscape, softscape, lighting, irrigation, and street furniture layouts Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, monitor implementation, and resolve design-related challenges on-site Coordinate with consultants and vendors for BOQs, specifications, material samples, and mock-ups Prepare design presentations, narratives, and landscape guidelines for internal and external reviews Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure timely delivery of drawings and approvals Review GFC drawings, identify design conflicts, and provide proactive solutions Maintain a repository of drawings, specifications, mood boards, and visual references for all projects

Key Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit Strong understanding of horticulture, plant species, and sustainable landscape practices Hands-on experience in site supervision and landscape execution Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and functionality
