Landscape Architect - Design Development?

Responsibilities:?

Develop landscape designs using AutoCAD, hand sketches, and other design tools.? Produce high-quality presentation drawings, planting plans, and conceptual design packages.? Translate client requirements and site constraints into innovative and practical design solutions.? Conduct initial design consultations as well as follow-up meetings with clients to refine project direction.? Present design concepts and revisions confidently and professionally.? Perform site visits to assess topography, existing conditions, and gather accurate measurements.? Prepare detailed design proposals and support revisions as required.? Demonstrate an understanding of material costs, labor estimates, and construction schedules.? Oversee project implementation to ensure design intent is executed accurately and efficiently.? Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.?
Qualifications:?

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.? Minimum 8 years of professional experience in high-end residential landscape design.? 2-4 years of proven experience managing design and installation projects.? Strong knowledge of local plant materials, hardscape products, and construction techniques.? Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.? Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, spatial design, and core design principles; strong freehand drawing and rendering skills.? Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to addressing design challenges.? Familiarity with permitting processes and local regulatory codes.? Experience in irrigation system design and installation (preferred).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
