Job Overview

We are looking for a

Landscape Architect

who can bring creativity, precision, and practicality together. The ideal candidate should have experience not only in design and visualization but also in

project estimation, cost planning, and preparing detailed Bills of Materials (BOM)

. Strong knowledge of

plantation planning

and

horticultural design principles

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape plans for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Create

plantation plans

that include plant species selection, spacing, and arrangement suitable for climate, soil, and aesthetic requirements. Prepare

detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and Bills of Materials (BOM)

for all landscape elements including softscape and hardscape. Conduct

site visits and surveys

to analyze soil, drainage, and environmental conditions. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop 2D and 3D drawings, visual renderings, and presentation boards using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material selection and procurement. Supervise on-site implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality execution. Stay updated with current trends in sustainable landscaping, irrigation systems, and modern materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Excel (for cost estimation and BOM). Strong understanding of

plant species, horticulture, irrigation systems, and soil compatibility

. Ability to prepare

budget reports, material quantity take-offs, and project costing

. Excellent visualization, design sense, and spatial planning ability. Strong communication and coordination skills for client and team interactions. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sustainable landscape solutions (rain gardens, vertical gardens, green roofs, drip irrigation, etc.). Prior experience in vendor coordination and on-site execution supervision.
