Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically sound Landscape Architect to plan, design, and execute sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. The role involves site analysis, concept design, detailed drawings, plant selection, and coordination with execution teams to deliver high-quality landscape projects for residences, resorts, farm stays, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Conduct site visits, surveys, and soil/topography analysis. Prepare landscape concept designs, master plans, and layouts. Develop detailed working drawings (hardscape & softscape). Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, and lighting concepts. Select appropriate plants considering climate, soil, and maintenance.
Project Execution & Coordination

Coordinate with civil engineers, horticulture teams, and contractors. Supervise on-site landscape execution and ensure design compliance. Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and material usage. Resolve site-related design or execution challenges.
Client Interaction

Understand client requirements and present design proposals. Make revisions based on feedback and budget constraints. Assist in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
Sustainability & Innovation

Promote eco-friendly landscaping practices. Integrate rainwater harvesting, native plants, and low-maintenance designs. Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and technologies in landscaping.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. 2+ years of experience in landscape design & execution (freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Proficiency in: AutoCAD (mandatory) SketchUp / Lumion / Twinmotion (preferred) MS Office

Strong knowledge of plants (especially tropical & native species). Ability to read and interpret drawings and site conditions.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in resorts, farm stays, villas, or large-scale developments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and hardscape materials. Familiarity with local climatic and soil conditions (South India preferred). Good communication and presentation skills.
