Relevant experience and technical competency: Project type-scale: Understanding of Landscape design basics and purview. Good experience delivering successful landscape projects in private realm Worked on macro scale (20 acres) hospitality, luxury residential and private residences. Competent in design management, co-ordination with base understanding of project functionality and execution. Softscape: Thorough understanding of softscape domain. Well versed and experienced with plant species, typologies, Planting BOQ\'s and plan. Understanding of planting execution & logistics, nursery visits would be an advantage. Project stage & Site experience: Experience of dealing with vendors, service consultants. Preparation of block estimates, BOQ\'s, adhering to project budget & cost. Preparation of reports/ppt., inventory, datasheet at different project dev. stage. Understanding of shared Landscape- Infra-MEP scope and its implications. Have dealt with site execution and experienced ground level working, dealing with execution team. Familiar and understanding of the different project stages form Concept to tender stage, acquainted with the construction processes. Conversant with the multi-disciplinary collaborative process of the landscape profession. Software: Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, Adobe, Sketch Up. Understanding/learning of BIM related software for Landscape works would be an added advantage. Roles & responsibilities: Design manages multi-facet luxury residence, hospitality, commercial landscape projects. Liaise with key clients, technical/non-technical stake holders for positive project outcome. Cross-over through different project stages from consultant co-ordination, exploration visits, site works as required. Check the consultant quality of deliverables, meeting the client\'s expectations & project requirements. Draft design reports or contractual docs., of presentable quality. Design development, refinement and resolving any areas critical to site conditions. Modify the BOQ, finishes, planting if required, for reason critical to site, timelines, project team at the execution stage. Closely work with all project stakeholders, design & service consultants - (MEP, Water feature etc.) Take ownership, initiatives, and approach with direction with task in hand. Strategic thinking and initiatives for best possible project outcome. Behavioural competency: Strategic thinking. Logical, organized work approach and decision making. Take initiative and ownership in team working. Good communication skills (written-spoken English) Understanding of the criticalities of project timelines and its effect. Basic leadership skills in inter-disciplinary work culture. Education qualifications & Experience: Full time B. Architecture or Master\'s in Landscape.
