B. Arch and Masters in Landscape Architecture

Developing innovative and sustainable landscape designs for tourism projects, public realm areas, urban planning, and industrial estates

Collaborating with project teams to create master plans and conceptual designs that integrate natural and built environments

Conducting site analysis, identifying constraints, and proposing design solutions that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the spaces

Integrating elements such as pathways, green spaces, water features, and recreational areas into the overall landscape design

Preparation of planting plans

Writing relevant chapters in the detailed project reports

Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for non-Schedule of Rates (SOR) items related to landscape design

Writing specifications for materials

Preparation of BOQ for the landscape components along with tender documents and specifications

Selecting appropriate plant species and materials suitable for the local climate, maintenance requirements, and design objectives

Preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to contractors

Collaborating with stakeholders and clients to understand their vision and incorporate their preferences into the design

Ideally no gap in between graduation and masters
