About the Role:
We're looking for a

Landing Page & Conversion Design Specialist

who gets performance. This is not a "make it pretty" role--it's about

building pages that sell

.
You'll work directly with the CEO (who writes the copy) to turn breakthrough marketing ideas into

clean, conversion-focused landing pages and sales funnels

. You'll iterate daily, test variations, and design with purpose--not just aesthetics.
We want someone who understands the why behind the design, not just how to push pixels around.

What You'll Be Doing:

Design and build landing pages & sales pages

in Figma (and optionally export to Webflow, Unbounce, or dev handoff) Work closely with the CEO to bring direct response copy to life in high-converting page layouts Run ongoing

A/B tests and optimizations

to improve conversion rates

Design on-brand graphics

for use in ads, blog posts, and sales materials Study and implement the principles of

Breakthrough Advertising

CRO

, and

buyer awareness

Help refine page flows, CTAs, and design elements based on data and user behavior
You're a Fit If You:

Have

at least 2 years of experience

designing high-converting landing or sales pages Know your way around

direct response design principles

(headlines, visual hierarchy, CTA positioning, etc.) Are highly skilled in

Figma

(bonus if you can design in Webflow or collaborate with devs for implementation) Understand how to

test and iterate

based on data (heatmaps, split tests, etc.) Have a

marketer's brain

: you're constantly thinking "what will convert better?" Are

not

precious about your design--you're willing to test, fail, improve Have basic graphic design skills for creating

visuals for ads, social media, and blog posts

Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (India Time)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?80,000.00 per month
