Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys for

agriculture land, plotting projects, and real estate sites

using

DGPS (Trimble) and Total Station

equipment. Perform

Kila Pathar surveys

and prepare detailed land records in line with revenue department requirements. Carry out

land demarcation surveys

and identify

revenue points (Red Stone)

accurately on-site. Prepare

AutoCAD drawings

and survey maps from collected data. Verify boundary lines, existing land documents, and resolve measurement discrepancies. Coordinate with project teams, landowners, and government/revenue authorities for survey-related tasks. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of survey data. Assist in preparation of survey reports, land measurement sheets, and layout plans.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Hands-on experience with

DGPS (Trimble), Total Station, GPS, and related survey equipment.

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD

and mapping software. Understanding of

agriculture land survey practices, demarcation, and revenue record verification.

Familiarity with

revenue department procedures, Kila Pathar, and Red Stone (Revenue Point) marking.

Ability to work independently on field surveys and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying / GIS (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
