Conduct Land Surveys

: Perform detailed surveys of land plots to determine exact locations, measurements, and boundaries for real estate projects.

Prepare Survey Reports

: Compile comprehensive survey reports that accurately reflect findings for architects, engineers, and developers.

Boundary Resolution

: Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to property boundaries to ensure project compliance and legal accuracy.

Coordinate with Project Teams

: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate survey data into planning and design.

Land Data Analysis

: Analysis and interpretation of survey data to assist in project decision making and problem-solving.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: Less than 1 year to 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role in the real estate sector.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree is required.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in surveying software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with local zoning and land use regulations Experience working in urban environments

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
