Job Description

1. Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys using total stations, GPS, and other survey equipment.

2. Interpret and analyze survey data, maps, blueprints, and drawings to determine property boundaries and construction layouts.

3. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal documents.

4. Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey support throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, and reference markers.

6. Ensure accuracy in measurements, levels, and elevations for grading, excavation, and foundation work.

7. Monitor and verify ongoing work against survey data to detect potential deviations and resolve issues.

8. Stay compliant with local and national surveying standards, codes, and regulations.

9. Utilize CAD and GIS software to process survey data and generate reports/drawings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
