1.Manage costs relating to building and construction projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
2. Review tender documents and drawings to trigger any cost implications.
3. Analyze cost implications of any design changes and propose cost saving solutions in coordination with the design team.
4. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
5. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
