Requirement :- Land Supervisor

:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Land Supervisor

to oversee all company-owned land properties. The candidate will also be required to coordinate with lawyers and

attend court proceedings on behalf of the company

. In addition, they must maintain proper records and perform related tasks using a computer.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular inspection and supervision of all company land. Coordinate with legal representatives and

attend court hearings on behalf of the company

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all land-related and legal documents. Identify and report any land-related issues, disputes, or encroachments. Prepare and manage documents, emails, and reports using a computer.

Requirements:

Prior experience in land supervision or property management is preferred. Good understanding of land and property-related legal procedures. Experience attending court matters is an advantage. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.). Strong communication and coordination skills. Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
