Supervise and monitor all land development works, including clearing, grading, filling, compaction, drainage, and road preparation.
Ensure that site work is carried out according to drawings, instructions, and safety protocols.
Guide and manage site laborers and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity.
2. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate daily activities with the site engineer and project manager.
Report site progress, issues, and material requirements regularly.
Ensure proper communication between different work teams on-site.
3. Quality & Safety Control
Check the quality of work and materials used at site.
Ensure that all safety standards and housekeeping practices are followed.
Identify and report potential hazards or non-conformance immediately.
4. Material & Equipment Management
Keep track of material usage, wastage, and stock at the site.
Ensure timely requisition and availability of materials and machinery.
Maintain proper records of equipment movement and daily utilization.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress logs and labor attendance sheets.
Submit daily site reports and updates to the site engineer.
Support documentation related to inspections and approvals.
