Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drafting and preparing Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Gift Deeds, POA, Lease Agreements, and related property documents. Coordinating with Sub-Registrar Offices for document registration. Ensuring legal compliance with stamp duty, registration, and property-related laws. Assisting the management in title verification and due diligence for land/property transactions. Maintaining accurate records of property-related legal documents.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in document writing / property legal documentation. Knowledge of Tamil & English (reading and drafting). Familiarity with real estate registration processes and property law. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Candidates with experience working near Sub-Registrar Offices will be preferred.
