Identify and acquire land for projects as per requirements.
Handle land disputes, coordinate with legal teams, and resolve conflicts.
Verify land records (7/12, mutation, ownership documents) and ensure legal compliance.
Government Liaison & Revenue Work:
Coordinate with revenue departments, local authorities, and govt. bodies for approvals.
Process revenue-related payments (stamp duty, registration, etc.) and maintain records.
Update land records and ensure proper documentation.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily/weekly reports on land acquisition progress.
Prepare land status reports, disputes log, and revenue expenditure updates.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
land records, RTC, mutation, and revenue processes

Experience in
negotiation, dispute resolution, and government coordination
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting
.
Good communication & analytical skills.
