: Land Acquisition Sales ExecutivePosition Summary
The Land Acquisition Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential land parcels for development purposes. This role involves market research, landowner engagement, negotiation, documentation coordination, and successful closure of land acquisition deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of local real estate trends, and hands-on experience in land sourcing.
Key Responsibilities1. Land Identification & Sourcing
Identify potential land parcels suitable for residential, commercial, or industrial development.
Conduct field visits, surveys, and site assessments.
Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, landowners, and local influencers.
2. Market Research
Analyze land values, zoning regulations, market demand, and future development potential.
Gather competitive intelligence and stay updated on local real estate developments.
3. Landowner Engagement & Negotiation
Initiate communication with landowners and build positive relationships.
Conduct negotiations on price, terms, and conditions.
Present proposals, project plans, and acquisition benefits to stakeholders.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Coordinate with legal teams for title verification, due diligence, and compliance checks.
Assist in preparing agreements, MoUs, and sale deeds.
Ensure all land acquisition processes comply with local laws and company policies.
5. Sales & Coordination
Work closely with the planning, legal, finance, and project teams to finalize acquisitions.
Track acquisition status and provide timely updates to management.
Support the sales team with land-related inputs and updates.
6. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with vendors, brokers, and landowners for future opportunities.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and negotiations.
Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience
2-5 years' experience in land acquisition, real estate sales, or property sourcing.
Strong network in the local real estate market is an added advantage.
Key Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of land laws, documentation process, and due diligence.

Salary Range
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (as per company policy).
