Key Responsibilities
Visit location and Identify potential land parcels as per company requirements
Conduct market research on land prices, master plan zoning, and development potential
Liaise with landowners, brokers, and local agents
Perform site visits and preliminary feasibility checks
Collect and verify land-related documents (title, approvals, encumbrances)
Coordinate with legal, planning, and engineering teams for due diligence
Maintain a database of available land options
Assist in negotiations and land acquisition processes
Track local development plans and government notifications

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
