About Client :
It is India's leading green cement company with current capacity of 19 MTPA across manufacturing units at Vijayanagar in Karnataka, Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh, Salboni in West Bengal, Jajpur in Odisha, Dolvi in Maharashtra and Fujairah in UAE, among others.
Job Purpose:
The position would be responsible for land purchase and local liaisoning for the upcoming project in Nagaur of Integrated plant (3MTPA capacity) with Mines and Plant.
Position : Land Acquisition
Location : Nagaur (Rajasthan)
CTC : Up to 15 LPA
Exeprience : 5+ Years in Cement, Steel & Mining Industry
Job role :
1) Candidates should have worked in Rajasthan for land acquisition and should be aware of local laws and regulations
2) Candidates should have worked in large land purchases such as for mining etc. For e.g. we have seen that candidates for solar projects have either acquired land through leasing or got land allotted from the government which is not the case with cement / mining projects. Hence, we need candidates who have experience in outright purchase of large contiguous parcels of land
