Job Role Overview



We are seeking a young, energetic, and proactive Land Acquisition & Liaison Associate with strong local connections in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will independently handle land sourcing, acquisition, and government liaison activities to support the company's development goals.

Key Responsibilities



Land Acquisition:

Identify and source potential land parcels across Bangalore for residential and commercial development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, local authorities, and community influencers.

Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, due diligence coordination, and preliminary title verification.

Evaluate land value, market trends, and comparables for negotiation and acquisition decisions.

Facilitate negotiations, documentation, and closure of land acquisition deals.

Coordinate with legal, technical, and management teams for end-to-end acquisition processes.

Track government notifications, zoning regulations, and development guidelines relevant to land transactions.

Prepare land reports, presentations, and updates for management.

Liaison & Approvals:

Liaise with local government bodies, BBMP/BDA/BMRDA, revenue departments, electricity board, and other statutory authorities.

Ensure timely processing of approvals, NOCs, permissions, and clearances related to land and project development.

Follow up on submissions, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Track changes in zoning laws, government notifications, and land-related regulations.

Build trusted relationships with officials and ensure smooth facilitation of files and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 10 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate transactions, or related fields.

Must have

strong local connections

and an extensive network in Bangalore real estate markets.

Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing land deals.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of land documentation, legal processes, and regulatory compliance.

Young, energetic, proactive, and willing to travel frequently.

Must have

own transportation

(two-wheeler or four-wheeler).

Preferred Attributes



Experience in land aggregation for large-scale projects.

Strong problem-solving skills and on-ground intelligence.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results under tight timelines.
