Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in

DCPR 2034

and

Unified DCPR 2034

to guide redevelopment projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks. Manage all aspects of the redevelopment process for projects, including identifying potential sites and engaging with housing societies for redevelopment opportunities. Conduct thorough

due diligence

for project acquisitions, including financial, legal, and technical assessments. Collaborate with architects and internal teams to calculate redevelopment

costings

, including MCGM and other statutory costs. Liaise with the

Legal team

on agreements such as Purchase & Development Agreements (PDA), Alternative Accommodation Agreements (AAA), and resolution of legal disputes. Conduct meetings with society managing committees, maintaining professional communication and documentation. Oversee land acquisition, project planning, approvals, budgeting, underwriting, scheduling, client management, and project reporting. Maintain meticulous records, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, and project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in real estate, preferably in land acquisition, redevelopment, or related domains. Strong

written and oral communication skills

, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines. Highly
