Located in Karjan, our fully automated facility produces and supplies highly efficient N-type Topcon and P-type Mono Perc PV Modules. Our aim is to make sustainable, renewable energy accessible and usher in an era of environmental responsibility and economic growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Karjan, Vadodara for a Laminator Operator. The Laminator Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination equipment, monitoring and controlling panel defects and quality, and adhering to safety and operational regulations and procedures. Qualifications
- Experience in handling, operating, and troubleshooting the laminator machine and associated equipment for at least 2 years. Relevant work experience in PV Solar MBB Module Auto line is must.
- Diploma/Degree or GED equivalent
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating lamination equipment
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to monitor and control the lamination process and detect defects or anomalies in panel quality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
- Availability to work full-time in Karjan, Vadodara
