Job Description

Machines to operator: 2.2 Mtr Lamination plant / 3 mtr Lamination plant / 32" Tandem Lamination Plant.

3 to 5 years' experience -

The operator will operate the extrusion lamination machine of 32" / 2.2 Mtr / 3 Mtr wide lamination. Maintain the machine and materials, read and interpret job cards and specifications, input the correct settings, maintain the heating as required, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot any problems that arise during the operation of the laminating machine.

Required Qualifications for the Laminator Operator

High school diploma and at least three years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Ability to load and unload rolls on/off the unwinder with proper labelling and tracking. Quality checks of every roll to maintain the bonding of polymers with substrates. Inspect GSM - make sure it meets specifications. Ability to clean up machines. Maintain a high level of cleanliness to keep the machine operable. Must work safely at all times.
Skills and Requirements

Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards. Ability to read and write English. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Knowledge of equipment operation and/or maintenance. Ability to lead and train staff. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers. Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
Ability to detect problems and report information to reporting manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
