Job description
Machine Setup & Operation
Prepare and load raw materials (films, adhesives, substrates) into the lamination machine.
Set machine parameters based on job specifications (temperature, pressure, speed).
Monitor lamination process to ensure consistent quality and output.
Quality Control
Inspect laminated materials for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, misalignment, or poor adhesion.
Perform regular quality checks and document results.
Adjust machine settings to correct issues and maintain product standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of lamination equipment.
Identify and resolve mechanical or process-related issues.
Report major breakdowns or malfunctions to maintenance team.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate production logs, material usage records, and inspection reports.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
