Independently operate lamination machinery and set up jobs.
Adjust roll changes, tension control, and alignment as per job requirements.
Ensure lamination quality meets standards (adhesion, finishes, sizes).
Coordinate with quality & production control teams.
Perform routine machine checks and minor troubleshooting.
Assist in training junior operators when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
3-6 years' experience in lamination operations (preferably in packaging/film industry).
Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to read work orders.
Understanding of safety, quality, and machine efficiency standards.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
