Job Description
Lakeside Systrack is a software application used for performance and system monitoring Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and potential issues Configure and maintain the Systrack software ensuring accurate data collection and reporting Work with teams to resolve performance issues using data from Systrack to help diagnose problems Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Systrack into existing systems and processes Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals and training materials Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Systrack users Stay current with new Systrack releases and updates and recommend upgrades as necessary Requirements for the role may include Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance analysis Experience with Systrack or similar performance monitoring tools Excellent technical and analytical skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Primary Skills Experience one to Three Years Lakeside SysTrack 7 x Service Management Consultant Experience one to Three Years Service Management Consultant Secondary Skills Service Management Application
