Coordinate with kitchen staff and management for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in reputed restaurants.
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
